The classic Gimlet is a beautifully simple cocktail made with just three ingredients - gin, sugar and lime juice. We didn't want to mess around too much with this and all we did was use homemade pandan syrup instead of sugar to inject a local spin in our version. This brings a lovely fragrance to each pour and gives you an added layer of familiar island flavour with each sip. This makes it an excellent choice if you're looking for some light and refreshing drinks in the day.

Our Pandan Gimlet is now available in a 250ml size - because you should be able to enjoy a great drink anywhere you find yourself!
